Drinking water unit with Cembrane Inside provides >150 families with safe drinking water from river in Philippines.

Despite space constraints and highly contaminated water, Exotherm has built a smart Drinking water (DW) unit with Cembrane Inside that can treat enough water to supply more than 150 households with pristine drinking water within a footprint of 2,5 m2.

The water feeding the unit is coming from a river water source containing suspended solids and organic matter. The DW unit consists of a coagulation step and ceramic membranes all in one tank since the limited space doesn’t allow for an external reaction tank.
